RE Solutions Group

We build software, buy small businesses, and make them run measurably better.

RE Solutions Group, LLC creates software and acquires established small businesses, then applies practical AI and automation to cut the busywork, lifting efficiency, margins, and EBITDA without losing what made each business work in the first place.

We partner with private investors on acquisitions, and we talk directly with owners thinking about selling.

Operations

One playbook across everything we own.

Keep the parts customers love. Automate the rest. It applies the same way to a product we wrote ourselves and to a business we bought from the person who built it.

One practice, applied to both kinds of thing the company owns A single closed circuit. Three arms — build, acquire and improve — hang from the same line rather than standing apart, so the three read as one practice. The circuit runs one way along its lower edge, where it is applied to both the software the company writes and the businesses it buys, and returns along its upper edge carrying what was learned operating them. At the improve arm the line splits: one branch continues into the work, and one branch stops short, because the improvement work is an assessment that can conclude AI is not the right tool.
Build

We write our own software

We design and ship software for underserved small-business niches, starting with the trades that big platforms overlook.

Acquire

We buy owner-operated businesses

We buy profitable, owner-operated businesses and back them for the long term, keeping their teams and their customer relationships intact.

Improve

We put AI on the busywork

Scheduling, follow-ups, billing, support. Each business does more with the same team, and grows its operating margin doing it.

One practice, applied to both kinds of thing the company owns A vertical spine runs down the left of the three arms — build, acquire and improve — so all three hang from one line rather than standing apart. From the last arm the line returns to the top of the spine, carrying what was learned operating them. At the improve arm the line also splits, and one branch stops without continuing, because the improvement work is an assessment that can conclude AI is not the right tool.

Part of this work is deciding where AI should not be used.

Holdings

What we own and what we’re building.

Software we wrote, businesses we bought with private investors, and the internal tooling we run the firm on. One list.

Advisory · Wholly owned
A human-reviewed operating assessment: an AI interviewer maps how work actually moves through the business, Nick reviews every conclusion before the operator sees it, and the written report — where AI may help, or where it should not be used — is written from a 45-minute session with him, not before it.
feefeeai.com
ZeroAdmin
Software · Wholly owned
Extracts the facts buried in a person’s paperwork, has them verify each one, and fills the official tax and government PDFs — W-9, W-4, Schedule C and more. Documents are encrypted per user, and identifiers are redacted before anything reaches a model.

Multifamily Underwriting
Internal tooling · In development

Not a holding: we’re always looking for the next profitable, owner-operated business to acquire and improve.

Audit sequence

How the AI Opportunity Audit runs.

A human-reviewed operating assessment. An AI interviewer asks how work actually moves through the business, Nick reviews every conclusion before you see it, and the report and roadmap are written from your session, not before it.

Step 01 · About 5 min

A short form — industry, size, systems, and what is bothering you most. About five minutes.

Step 02 · Within 5 business days

You book your 45-minute session from Nick’s calendar, within 5 business days.

Step 03 · 20–30 min

The 20–30 minute discovery interview, conducted by an AI interviewer, by phone or in writing. It asks a follow-up when an answer is vague.

Step 04 · 45 min

45 minutes with Nick — then the report and roadmap, written from that conversation, not before it.

The report says where AI may help — or where it should not be used — with the evidence and confidence behind each conclusion.

Operational advisory work. Not legal, tax, accounting, investment, valuation, cybersecurity, or employment advice.

Messaging

How we send text messages, and how people consent.

RE Solutions Group, LLC operates a registered SMS program through its product Coop. This is the full disclosure.
